26 th July 2021 - New Single !!!
We are delighted to announce the bands first new material since 2018 Album "A Million Like Us".
Sinestars latest release, single “Breathe Again” is arguably the bands most personal & introspective material to date. It is a track written and recorded in memory of their late bass player James Skuse who sadly passed away in early 2020 following a short illness. The track layers haunting synth strings across a fragile vocal, which is punctuated with a “hairs on the back of the neck” crescendo.
The band have held back on this release until the UK and the world begins to emerge from the worst of the Covid pandemic. The song serenades the end of this period with the “breathe again” sentiment and gives hope as we usher in the easing of restrictions across the world.
The single is available exclusively from 26 July as pre-order via bandcamp. Hit the link below to order.
All monies raised from this single will go directly to the Skuse family in James’ memory. In the very near future the band will be releasing further new material by way of an EP, and possibly a limited edition physical only Greatest Hits album. These releases will coincide with the bands “finale” performance at Bristol’s “Fleece” on January 8th 2021. tickets available on the ticket link below.
We are delighted that Mesh frontman Mark Hockings has created his own mix of this track which is also available for download and included as a bonus track when you pre order via bancamp.
In addition to the single and the Finale show, the band are also working on our Final EP which is scheduled for release in November this year ahead of the show.
The EP will consist of 5, or perhaps six tracks including an epic Richard Silverthorn (of Mesh) remix of a fans favourite "Ready, Set, Go & Die"
All releases will be made available initially via the bands Bandcamp page followed by digital release onto all Streaming platforms.
All profit made from Sinestars Finale performance, merchandise and record sales will go towards the Skuse family as a token of thanks from the band and our fanbase for all that the family gave to the band.

Sinestar 'Finale' performance - New Date Agreed - January 8th 2022
We are pleased to announce the bands "Finale" performance will now go ahead at the Bristol Fleece on the rescheduled date of January 8th 2021.
The original August 2020 performance was of course postponed due to the Covid Pandemic.
Purchased tickets for the previous August show will be valid for the future rescheduled date but if individuals who have already purchased tickets would like a refund then please get in touch via Sinestaruk@aol.com.
Joinng us on bass guitar for the evening will be Steve John, a lifelong friend of dearly departed James Skuse. Those of you who know the history of Sinestar will recognise Steve as one of our founder members.
Steve played electric guitar on some of our first recordings back in 2011 and it is only fitting that he rejoins us to pay tribute to James on this our Finale performance.
Sinestar will supported on the night by great friends and musicians EMT and Psykelektric.
